'WEEKEND GETAWAY' SET TO SCREEN NATIONWIDE!

The much anticipated, star-studded movie, ‘Weekend Getaway’ is set for screening nationwide on March 29^th 2013.

The movie which parades such talented, award winning actors as Genevieve Nnaji, Ramsey Nouah, Ini Edo, Monalisa Chinda, as well as Uti Nwachukwu, Bryan Okwara, Alexx Ekubo, Beverly Naya, Uru Eke, Bobby Obodo, Ime 'Bishop'Umoh and Ini Ikpe is a glamorous, witty, suspense-filled drama about five couples with relationship issues who spend the weekend in the plush, exotic hotel. The film exposes the drama, dysfunction, intrigues, lies and ultimately love, that abounds in their lives.   The movie was produced and executive produced by Emem Isong, Ini Edo & Monalisa Chinda. It was directed by Desmond Elliot.

According to the producers, there will first of all be a private screening of the movie ‘Weekend Getaway’ on March 24^th at yet-to-be announced location, but the movie will be screened nationwide in cinemas as from March 29^th. On that day, several of the cast and crew will be on hand at SilverBird Galleria to ‘meet and greet’ the press, fans and the public.

Screenplay was by Kehinde Joseph, Uduak Oguamanam & Bola Aduwo.

'UNGUARDED' TO SCREEN IN CINEMAS FROM FEBRUARY 8TH

The movie UNGUARDED will be screening in cinemas from the 8th of February 2013.

Produced by Chisom Oz- Lee and directed by Desmond Elliot and Bethels Agumuoh it parades some of the best Nollywood stars which include Ramsey Noah, Uche Jombo, Chisom Oz-Lee, Chet Anekwe, and Desmond Elliot.

SYNOPSIS 

Elvin is the apparent successor to SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS, a multi-million million dollar company is thrown into the deep end when he discovers that his fiancée Natasha is having an affair with his father.

He takes out his revenge on other women, wooing them with his warm and charming personality till he weaves his way into their hearts and subsequently ditches them at the altar.

He meets his latest victim in Jane, an African journalist who works in Cool’s Magazine. In order to get close to her, Elvin takes up a job as a cleaner with the magazine. Somehow a genuine romantic entanglement ensues between them. Caught in the heat of the moment, Elvin proposes to Jane  which she accepts. 

His proposal triggers sudden unexpected visits and calls that sow a seed of skepticism in Jane’s mind. Undeterred by the circumstance, Elvin insists on winning Jane over even if he has to undergo personality transformation.
