AT THE DVD LAUNCH OF MBONG AMATA’S MOVIE ‘DARIMA’S DILEMMA’
On Sunday 8th of June the DVD Launch for Mbong Amata’s movie ‘Darima’s Dilemma’ was held at the prestigious Civic Centre on Ozumba Mbadiwe, Victoria Island, Lagos. The event was organized by Royal Art Academy and was well attended by celebrities from the film world such as Susan Peters, Agatha Amata, Chico Ejiro, Frederick Leonard, Uru Eke, Elvis Chuks, Uduak Oguamanam, I.K Ogbonna, Lancelot Imasuen, Padita Agu etc. The event was compered by the hilarious Chigurl who held it together through out the show. movie which is about a happily married couple who have all they wish for in a relationship till something terrible happens within the family. It tests all that is within and beyond them to face and fight the battle. The movie stars Mbong Amata (who also executive produced the project) Majid Michel, I.K Ogbonna, Ihuoma Nwigwe and Diana Yekini. It was directed by Lancelot Oduwa Imasuen and Consulting producer was Emem Isong. Check out some of the photos of those who attended the event.

'DARIMA'S DILEMMA' SET FOR DVD LAUNCH!
Nollywood actress Mbong Amata gets set to release her debut movie as a producer. The film is titled ‘Darima’s Dilemma’ and stars Majid Michel, Mbong Amata, Diana Yekinni, I.K. Ogbonnna and many others. The movie was directed by Lancelot Oduwa Imasuen and supervising producer was Emem Isong of Royal Arts Academy.
The movie launch will take place at the Civic Centre, on Ozumba Mbadiwe Street, Victoria Island on the 8th of June. More on this later..

The premiere of ‘Knocking On Heaven’s Door’ took place yesterday April 18th at the Silverbird Galleria and it was a blast! The glitteratti came out to support the movie which critics have been raving is one of the best movies to be produced by Emem Isong so far. Also producing was Ini Edo-Ehiagwina who starred in the movie as well as fellow actors Majid Michel, Blossom Chukwujekwu, Adesuwa Etomi and many more. Directing was by Desmond Elliot, who has proven critics & naysayers wrong by refusing to listen to their ramblings and just concentrate on getting better & better. 'APAYE', 'LAGOS COUGARS' & 'AFTER THE PROPOSAL' NOMINATED FOR 2014 AMAA AWARDS!
Three Royal Arts movies, 'Apaye', 'Lagos Cougars' & 'After The Proposal' have been nominated for the prestigious 2014 AMAA Awards billed for later this month in Bayelsa State. At the AMAA Nomination Gala, which took place in Johannesburg, South Africa, 'Lagos Cougars' got two nominations; one for 'best actress' - a triple nomination to Uche Jombo-Rodriguez, Monalisa Chinda & Daniella Okeke and another one to Shawn Faqua for Best Young/Most Promising Actor for his role as Vincent in 'Lagos Cougars'. The other nominations are ''Best Actress' to Patience Ozokwor for her role in ''After The Proposal' and finally a whooping 6 nominations to 'Apaye' in the following categories; Best Actor, Best Actress, Best Production Design, Best Costume Design, Achievement in Make Up & Best Nigerian film.
