ALUMNI IN THE SPOTLIGHT: LILLIAN 'LEELEE' BYOMA

Lillian Byoma

Lillian 'Leelee' Byoma who hails from Kaduna State, was one of the pioneering students of Royal Arts Academy. 

Originally a screenwriting student, she took her shot at acting when she auditioned for a role in 'Catwalq' a soap opera produced by Royal Arts Academy. Her audition was successful and she landed the role of Biola, a secretary and one of the chief gossips in Catwalq.

Since then, Lillian has gone on to star in other movie and stage productions such as "I'll take my chances"for Royal Arts Academy, "Love is Not Enough" for PSI multimedia, “Echoes” for Galaxy TV and “Obstacle Race" for Black Heritage Festival with Wole Oguntokun.

She also made her screenwriting debut with Royal Arts Academy’s new TV series, “A Perfect Love”. Her most recent project is acting the role of Chima in an Emem Isong film"Mrs. Somebody".

"Hoodrush", where she plays the vibrant Presenter will be out in cinemas later this year.
